ANG'ATA SERENGETI CAMP

Coming from Arusha : Drive from Arusha to the Makuyuni T-junction and take the right turn towards Ngorongoro Loduare Gate via Mto-Wa-Mbu and Karatu, the last outpost before the parks, on to Loduare Gate where you acquit your Camping- and Park-fees for NCAA you continue via the Crater Viewpoint, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area HQ, past the Seneto descent road and drive on towards Serengeti National Park. Drive across the savannah via the Olduvai area northwards across the southern plains of the Serengeti, straight past the border between Ngorongoro and Serengeti up to Naabi Gate. After the formalities for TANAPA at Naabi Gate follow the road to the central Serengeti past Seronera Airstrip on your right. You will see a sign board for the Tourist Information Centre after the airstrip, keep driving straight through the crossing leaving the petrol station to your right. After the cross roads, take the first dirt track to the left (a sing post reading Sero 2 S/C is sometimes hidden by the vegetation) and drive until the end of the track keeping your right, past the Staff access up to the drop-off roundabout near the reception of Ang’ata Serengeti Camp.

Arusha => Ang’ata Serengeti Camp, more or less 5,5 hours driving Nearest Airfield: Seronera (15 min) Ang’ata Serengeti Camp, coming from Klein’s Gate: From Klein’s Gate where you acquit your formalities for TANAPA drive to the main road and take a left turn south towards the Serengeti National Park HQ. You will cross a bridge, keep to your right and drive towards the Seronera Petrol Station. 200 m before the petrol station you will find a cross roads, make a left turn here and take the first dirt track to the left again (a sing post reading Sero 2 S/C is sometimes hidden by the vegetation) and drive until the end of the track keeping your right, past the Staff access up to the drop-off roundabout near the reception of Ang’ata Serengeti Camp.
Klein’s Gate => Ang’ata Serengeti Camp, more or less 4,5 hours driving Nearest Airfield: Seronera (15 min)
